Eric Shrago
Managing Director, Operations, Connecticut Green Bank

Eric is responsible for the general management of the operations of the Green Bank. This includes the organization’s strategic planning, impact assessment, and evaluation, measurement, & verification as well as the administration, human resources, and technology functions.

Prior to joining the Connecticut Green Bank, Eric worked in management consulting, advising clients in the financial services and energy sectors on operations, regulation, and strategy. Eric started his career and spent 9 years working at Goldman Sachs in the US and Asia.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Tufts University and a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Global Energy Markets and Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
