Ruben Aronin

Ruben Aronin is the Senior Vice President of Better World Group Advisors, a nationally-recognized boutique consulting firm that specializes in coalition building and management, public policy and advocacy and strategic communications. Ruben is responsible for managing the firm’s state and national clean transportation campaigns as well as leading BWG’s clean energy and climate initiatives. Ruben also oversees marketing, communications and public relations for clients, coalitions and partners.
Ruben has more than two decades of experience in creating, managing and executing highly effective campaigns for nonprofit organizations, foundations, government agencies and corporations.

Prior to joining BWG, Ruben served as the Director of Communications and Donor Relations for Global Green USA, the American arm of President Gorbachev’s Green Cross International. Ruben was instrumental in creating and implementing Global Green’s sustainable rebuilding efforts in New Orleans post Katrina, recognized by TIME magazine as doing more than any other organization to rebuild a sustainable city. Prior to Global Green, Ruben ran the Earth Communications Office (ECO), a Hollywood-based national nonprofit organization. Ruben is currently a CORO Lead LA Fellow, a member of KCET’s Advisory Board and the co-chair of its Local Heroes program as well as a team mentor for his kids’ First Tech robotics middle school and high school teams.
