Max Scher
Senior member of sustainability team, Salesforce

Max Scher is a senior member of Salesforce’s sustainability team where he leads the company’s climate and clean energy work. Since starting at Salesforce in 2015, Max has largely been focused on helping Salesforce meet and maintain its 100% Renewable Energy and Carbon Neutral Cloud goals. Max will help lead many of Salesforce’s recent commitments including pursuing Net-Zero Carbon Certification for all major Salesforce workspaces established after 2020, and working with 50 percent of Salesforce suppliers (by emissions) to set emissions reduction targets by 2025.
